Creating An Enabling Environment

Creating an enabling environment for safe and inclusive access to HE institutions. By this strategic objective, the NCHE seeks to ensure that disability-accessible, gender-friendly safe learning environments, with ramps, separate latrines, are provided for access to learning by students with disabilities and special needs, including females.  We will also ensure the formulation of Code of Conduct for teaching and non-teaching staff with a focus on safe learning spaces, GBC and inclusive practices.
