Successfully negotiated with the University of Liberia for two-to-three acres of land to erect headquarters for the National Commission on Higher Education secretariat. In this context, we have engaged the Chinese government to build the secretariat of the NCHE and our discussion with the Chinese Government in this regard is progressing rapidly;
